PAYMENT / CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Package Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as follows:
More than 30 days of the travel date: 20% of package cost will be charged and borne by the Clients/guests.
If the Tour is cancelled 10 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total package cost will be charged.
If the Tour is cancelled 15-07 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
If the Tour is cancelled any day or after/during when only 07 days or less are remaining in arrival or in case of no show then total cost of the package will be charged and no refund to be provided.
Cancellation charges of Air Tickets bookings shall apply as per AirLine cancellation Rules.
If the guest has any complaint regarding our service like Hotels, Houseboats, Transport, etc, are advised to inform us or our tour representative/operator so that the same will be addressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same will be entertained after the Tour ends.
PAYMENT NORMS :
25% booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
50% amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date, then 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
